It is often difficult for people without the time, inclination or expertise to find a reliable person to fix all those little annoyances such as a dripping tap or wobbly shelf. We work on the basis that a fair price for sorting a small problem that has been niggling for a while will quite likely reserve a place in the corner of a noticeboard for our business card!
Looking back on our client list, a large percentage of our work over the years has come either from recommendation, or from people whose first contact began something like "....it's only a little job but I wonder if you could help...." The answer is, of course, that we would be delighted to help. Some of our clients have been on our books for over 20 years and have become good friends as well as valued customers.
